DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY

True Gut Radio respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users, DJs, and contributors to do the same.

This policy is intended to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that copyrighted material has been used on True Gut Radio in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA notice including the following:

1. Your full legal name and contact information

2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

3. The exact URL or description of where the allegedly infringing material appears

4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized

5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

7. Your physical or electronic signature

2. Removal of Content

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

• The content may be removed or disabled

• The user or DJ responsible may be notified

• Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension

True Gut Radio reserves the right to remove content immediately if infringement appears likely.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

1. Identification of the removed material

2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake

3. Your contact information

4. A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your local federal court

5. Your signature

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files legal action within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

True Gut Radio maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeated copyright violations. Accounts or DJs with repeated infringements may be permanently banned.
